What is Carol's Organic Kitchen?
Carol's Organic Kitchen is a resource for anyone that wants to adopt the plant-based approach to health and wellbeing. Whilst diet and nutrition play a major role in maintaining good health we often overlook the largest and fastest growing organ ‘our skin’.
All of the plant-based products and recipes on this website were imagined, created and developed in full from Carol’s home kitchen.
After my daughter suffered many bouts of illness, I was forced to quit work to care for her. Determined to support her and find a solution to aid her recovery, I began to search for ways of improving her diet, and I began learning how to grow organic food for our family.
I volunteered on a 12-acre farm near the River Lea and took up horticultural studies in the area of growing organic food and then took further studies to support others on food growing programs. Now, as a qualified nutritionist.
I deliver holistic health workshops from my kitchen taking the holistic approach to wellbeing and improving lives.
Having studied plant-based food nutrition and managing skin conditions and natural beauty; I've learned a variety of new skills that have enabled me to transform my families' health and most recently have shared my pure and natural skincare range with others since healing my daughter's eczema which plagued her for years in addition to managing her bouts of illness.
My skincare balms and natural range are proven to support the symptoms of problematic skin conditions including eczema. Free regular workshops are run to demonstrate how to care for your skin using natural ingredients whilst considering the elements of diet change which go hand-in-hand to support recovery.
I've transitioned from an obese asthmatic to a healthier, happier body with vigor and more energy than I have felt since my early 20’s.
I am now keen to share my nutritional knowledge, culinary creativity and the holistic healing approach to natural skincare with others.
