Makes 1 serving
50g Quinoa flakes 200ml Coconut milk 1/4 Vanilla pod 1/2 teaspoon Agave syrup
Method Heat the milk with the Vanilla pod until just boiling. Mix in the quinoa flakes to get a smooth paste. Lightly simmer for 1-2 minutes continually stirring until flakes are soft. Optional (depending on urgency ) add a little more milk to cool slightly and blend in smoothie maker for a smoother consistency!
