This is not in the cookbook... I just happened to make these as a snack and wanted to share something simple, easy and affordable for every budget 🙂. Introducing... Quick & Easy Banana Fritters
Ingredients 1 cup of flour 2 ripe bananas 2 tablespoons Agave syrup 1/3 cup of water 1 1/2 tablespoon Grapeseed oil Pinch of salt (optional) Directions Mash or blend bananas Add bananas to a bowl of flour Add water and agave syrup and mix to form a thick batter adding slightly more water if necessary. Slowly heat frying pan and brush with oil Fry batter on hot to medium heat either side. That's it. Enjoy!
