Can Children Suffering with Eczema Play Sports?

Well, absolutely they can play sports, but sweat can be quite irritating to the skin, so it's going to help greatly to rinse off systematically. But how do you do that when you're playing sports and you've got all your peers around you?

It's a hot day and everybody's in the throes of sports. Well, you might even have seen sportsmen and sportswomen with a bottle of water pouring it over their faces and on their chests. It's practical to carry mineral water in a bottle and use it on the areas where the sweat maybe stinging on the skin, and then just dab off gently (no rubbing). Afterward, you can apply an emollient to protect the barrier of the skin so that when you're sweating, it's not going into the pores constantly and causing that irritation.
