Now you may have heard of the controversy over parabens, but parabens are chemicals that are added to our water-based products for our haircare and our skincare. Now, whilst we're told that small amounts are safe for use. We're using this on our skins every single day. And in research studies there have been parabens found in our body tissues.
Now in order to eliminate parabens from our daily use, we can use natural solutions. And if you attended my workshop, "What the Health Next," you'll find the footage on YouTube where you'll learn a lot more about the possible harm that parabens can have on our bodies.
So they are preservatives that are added and there are a number of parabens out there and they're given different names, so it's important to understand what they are, how we can eliminate them.
